The area surrounding San Rocco Country House is perfect for important cultural and musical events, as well as sports activities. It overlooks the Adriatic Sea and is very close to the beaches of Pesaro and Fano, making it an ideal holiday destination. The villa is also very easy to reach from the motorway (A14) and the Pesaro railway station. This makes it an ideal base for experiencing the best of Italian lifestyle.
OUR COUNTRY HOUSE
San Rocco Country House can accommodate up to 7 people, a fully equipped kitchens and one independent bathroom with showers. The atmosphere is typical of an Italian villa now converted into a charming country house - with the feeling of being in a bygone era thanks to the authentic furniture from the early 20th century - but with the comforts of a modern holiday residence (WiFi and air conditioning).

OUR SERVICES
Pool
Guests can take advantage of the private swimming pool located in the field just in front of the house. It is a generous 12m long x 6m wide swimming pool with a trampoline and easy access to the area. From the loungers, a wonderful sunset can be admired with the sun sliding behind the hills.
Garden
San Rocco Country House has a large private garden with a large lime tree in the centre that provides plenty of relaxing shade. The outdoor furniture allows guests to dine in the garden from breakfast to dinner and soak up the relaxing atmosphere of the countryside. If available, it is possible (upon request and at no extra cost) to use the beautiful terrace overlooking the hills and the Adriatic Sea where you can sunbathe or dine in the company of a breathtaking sunset.

Seaside activities
San Rocco Country House is really close to the many lively beaches, all within 5 to 15 kilometers from it. Very close are the Aquarium of Cattolica and the waterpark of Riccione.
Cultural Sites
San Rocco Country House is really close to very attractive historical sites such as Pesaro, Gradara, Urbino, Fano, and San Leo. You can also easily reach other well-know towns like Gubbio, Assisi and Todi.
Traditional Fairs
During the summer, a number of fairs and local events take place all over the region: from the Summer Jamboree Festival in Senigallia to many other historical festivals such as the popular medieval events in Mondavio, Urbino and Gradara.
Food and Wine Tours
The region around San Rocco Country House is well known for the genuine and typical home made dishes: you can try the many local small restaurants (osterie and trattorie). Regarding wine, the region is one of the most important in Italy: you can taste a choice of local wines in farms and winery cellars.
Music Festivals
In summer, there are plenty of concerts and events all over the region: from the worldwide known Rossini Opera Festival (in August in Pesaro) to many other musical events. Music is the soundtrack of this region.
Bike Tours
Cycling in the Marche region is an unfogetteble experience. The panorama, the historic villages and a lunch in a trattoria will repay any effort. Cycling paths are spread everywhere and Pesaro is one of the most bike-friendly cities in Italy.
